Williams Solicitors LLP Charges

Unless otherwise advised our hourly rate is £325 plus VAT and disbursements. Mileage is charged @ 60p per mile by car.
All work is carried out by a qualified solicitor with over 45 years` legal experience.

Residential Conveyancing charges may typically range from £500 to £1200 but we do not act for buyers requiring mortgage facilities.
We do act for sellers wishing to discharge mortgages. Land Registry and search costs are in addition.

Wills are likely to cost £450 for straightforward cases. Lasting Powers of Attorney £600 plus registration fees. All other Probate services are
charged at the usual hourly rate.

In Employment and Debt Recovery cases our normal hourly rate applies.

There is no passing onto junior or untrained staff causing additional administrative costs and unnecessary delays.
